Ordering Guidelines

Turnaround Time & Rush Orders

Our standard turn around time for screen printing, embroidery, Heat Transfers and awards is 5-10 business days. Turn around time for art & design services is determined on a case by case basis and will be given when you place your order.

Anything that needs produced in less than 5 business days is subject to a rush fee, please contact us for pricing information.

Minimum Order Sizes & Reorders

All services we offer have no required minimum quantity, however pricing will vary based on the quantity ordered.

All reorders are independently priced based on the quantity and services. If you paid an art fee for your first order you will not be charged for this again as long as there are no changes to the artwork.

Art Submission Requirements

If you are submitting your own artwork, refer to the table for acceptable file formats. Artwork that does not meet the listed requirements may be subject to a minimum $50/hour art processing fee. Please preserve any layers in your files and expand your vector art to outlines before submitting.
